Mice and Noise
If you want to constantly deal with mice and noise from kids running down the hall, makeshift AutoZone in back lot and occasional stolen packages come here. If not, avoid. New management DOES address issues asap but doesnāt change tenants or infestation. New units haveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ive lived in oakland terrace apartments, and liked it. the landlord is always ready and willing to work with you in every way he can with anything. sometimes i would be late on the rent and would always try every effort to work arrangements.. bcā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Drugs,Rat and Thieves Infested!
If you are smart you won't even think of moving into Oakland Terrace! Besides the place being smelly, noisey and dirty there is NO parking after 7:00pm, so coming home from a hard days work tired frustrates you because you must park on the street.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Break in and attempts
