Very disorganized. Rent is way too high for what they are providing. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Management will not work with you and they are rude and basically tell you to deal with things yourself.

I've lived here for 2 years already. I've been robbed twice. I went to the maintenance people about being robbed. They acted like it was none of their business and refused to reinstall any lock. They're awful people, esp the big hideous lady who'sSee More >

I thought that young white girl commit was rude. She was not the only one that was affected by this situation. Just because she was white that did not mean anything. They were two other races involved and she needs to get her story together.See More >

I lived here for one year while finishing grad school at Villanova. It was convenient to be right across from the R5 train station, and really cheap compared to other apts in the area, but definately not worth the fear that came with leavingSee More >

A great place for the more serious student to call home while in school. The management at Pennbrook has really cracked down on the kiddies and the parties of yesteryear and keeps the building and courtyard clean and attractive. (Sounds like the last reviewerSee More >

Cheap rent with all utilities included, the R5 train station right across the street, shops and churches nearby, and the historic Overbrook farms neighborhood surrounding you...you just can't beat this deal! That's why I've not moved in over 5 years. Plus, theSee More >
