Awful
When I first moved here a year ago I thought that the apartment and the building seemed great. The manager assured me that there were no problems, no mice, no nothing bad. Now, the building is constantly under construction and there is a mouse in my apartment (not on a low floor. There are fire alarms at least once a month at 4am, 6am, midnight etc. It is completely disruptive. Also, the water is shut off for hours at least once a month due to an "emergency." The laundry machines are also not good quality. I have to go to other floors to dry my clothes or spend 3 hours and $5 to dry my laundry. The building manager is AWFUL. You will regret having to deal with him. Also, they say that there is a "free coffee machine", however, it is constantly broken and only on during hours when the building manager is here (not early in the morning or on weekends). If you don't mind things constantly being under construction and unreliable, then take a risk here. But if you are considering renting here, you should know that the apartments are considerably smaller and much more expensive than the other properties on Rittenhouse Square. Don't be fooled!Share This Review
