Sedgwick Gardens offers spacious apartments that have been updated to provide in-unit heat and A/C. Solar panels keep utility costs low. There is a common laundry and work out area in the basement that is kept in clean condition.The on-site maintenance is excellent.

The apartment is beautiful. Beautiful wooden floors are completely refurbished. The walls were nicely painted. The kitchen is clean with handsome cabinets. The location is in a great neighborhood! I feel very lucky to have found such an apartment at a reasonable monthly rent.
