This is a very nice community. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The residents are also quiet and friendly. I would recommend the community to friends. The community is kept clean and secure.

This is such a fab spot to live! I love this location, it makes me feel so bougie when Im not at all. So lovely to walk out to the park and feel fab everyday! I recommend everyone to live here because why not!

I absolutely adore my apartment. The appliances, and aesthetic are top knotch. I absolutely love the natural light that the huge windows provide. The rooftop lounge is wonderful, however, it would be great if we had outdoor roof access in addition to the indoor space.

Great experience. Beautiful building and very friendly staff. I have had no issues with staff or management. Management keeps me regularly informed with building maintenance and scheduled events in the building. I enjoy living at the Broderick a lot.

Wonderful location with parks all around us. One of the better pet friendly properties. Great front desk conseirge. We have wonderful views in a renovated apartment. All necessities such as supermarket, drug stores, theaters, parking,pastry shops and dry cleaners are with 2-3 blocks.

Friendly community and staff. Clean and well maintained property. Neighborhood is convenient as far as shopping and public transportation. Happy that it is a dog friendly community. Excellent sound proofing.
