It's been good so far. Everything is newly renovated. All the rooms are clean. As for the area, it's conveniently close to city ave with a number of options for food. It's also conveniently close to center city.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback about the application process. I can see that you are frustrated by our requirements and that is certainly not our intention! You are correct that one of the income verification options for a self-employed applicant is to provide the last three most recent bank statements showing three times monthly rent for the lease term. This is because without any verification of employment income, we must assume your ability to pay the rent (and your living expenses) based on the liquid assets presently in your account. This is standard practice across our industry and is used as a requirement for self-employed applicants at many communities in our area. I am disheartened to hear that you had a hard time getting in touch with us and feel you were treated poorly. We strive to ensure that every person has a wonderful experience with our team and it seems we missed the mark here. Please accept our sincere apologies for this impression.
