Once I got here everything is great. I would work on the leasing process. No one ever answers the phone & it takes days for the leasing managers to respond to emails. I completely understand things are difficult with covid-19, but you should be prepared for those difficulties not that we are month 3 into covid-19. You should have all the info most people ask about apartments, fees, and the application process ready at hand.
