American Campus Communities is the worst company on the face of this planet, and University Crossings is quite possibly the worst apartment buildings in the area. ACC decides to hire complete idiots in their corporate positions, including the building managers, leasing managers, and higher ups.See More >

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I loved living here while taking classes. The location is awesome, the common area is clean, and the staff was great, especially Amal at the front desk! Never had any problems.See More >

I like when I visit that the security always asking for identification and ask questions, it feels more safer in general. And the building always quite, in doesn’t seem a overcrowded. Overall it’s seems to be under control.See More >

The apartment in itself was okay but the staff is incompetent especially the General Manager Steven Nolte. To future Drexel sophomores, save yourself the headache and DONT sign a lease here. Literally when you see ACC run for the hills.

I rented the 2 bed 1 bath a and the beds turned out to be bunk beds!! The stairs that go up the bed are so painful to climb up that I would rather sleep on the floor. They feel just like prison beds forSee More >

I can't tell you enough how much you should stay away from this companies lease practices. The students can not sign a lease contract alone and the parent has to guarantee the lease. Shortly after you sign the lease, approximately 1-2 month you get aSee More >

I highly don't recommend living at University Crossings. Management and maintenance are terrible at communicating to tenants and the main office is run by students. I had multiple instances where they wouldn't get back to me about an issue or where I had multiple peopleSee More >

Completely incompetent staff. All they did was try to steal my money any way they could. Scam would be an understatement. Save yourself the money and hassle and go somewhere else. They not only try to charge me for outrageous fees, but also my roommateSee More >

I lived here for one year, and could not recommend it less. Over the course of the year, I went without hot water for almost a month, lost air conditioning for weeks at a time, experienced CONSTANT internet interruptions, and throughout all of it, continuedSee More >

Would give them 0 stars if possible... Really disappointed. Definetly not worse the money. Room without a window and without any light. Was tricked by a girl to take over her lease, now being traped in an 6 month lease instead of a 3 monthSee More >

I would recommend to avoid living here at all costs. Ive had too many bad experiences here to count. My heat was broken for 2 months in the coldest months of the year and no one seemed to care or update us on the situation.See More >

The overall building is okay. The problem is who runs it. As you will find in other reviews, it is absolutely terrible! Do not rent here, even if you are a Drexel student. It is a large scam that does not care about its residents.

If I could give this place less than a star, I would. They have been an absolute horror to deal with. I am a senior at the University of Pennsylvania and my younger sister is a sophomore at Drexel. We wanted to live together, butSee More >

The building itself is ok. There's a game room and gym, and the front desk security is usually friendly. There are some nice finishings installed in the apartments, but it's all to make the place look good on the surface. The problems started from whenSee More >
