I lived here for one year, and could not recommend it less. Over the course of the year, I went without hot water for almost a month, lost air conditioning for weeks at a time, experienced CONSTANT internet interruptions, and throughout all of it, continued to get slapped with utility charges on top of an already egregious monthly rent charge. Between a management that tries to squeeze every penny out of their residents, rude front desk employees, and constant pressure to renew your lease, unless you are a sophomore at Drexel and are being boxed in due to extreme costs of living anywhere else, you should not consider living in this building. And if you are a sophomore looking for housing, you're likely far better off just biting the bullet and paying more for summit or chestnut, because it will not be worth the slim savings.
