Valley Greene Apartments Incorporated

Apartments are large and all utilities are included. Quiet building in nice area, however, co-op owners (people who own their apartments and have shares in the building) tend to be a little overbearring. Tenant privacy is not respected much. I've had residents stop my guests in the lobby & interrogate them as to whom they were visiting, ask me about personal info & tell my guests about my work schedule. They create their own building rules...so many, that you feel like you're 18 yrs old again living at your mom's house. (e.g. you cant do laundry after 10p, you can't back into parking spaces in the lot, not allowed to wash your car...even if you're just using a small bucket with water). That's just a small number of them. They have shareholders who volunteer to do things around the building; Some of which can be very rude and unprofessional in the way they talk to renters (e.g. security crew, parking, etc) Renters are basically treated like intruders by the "shareholders". I've lived there for a while but glad I moved because there's only so much lack of respect for privacy a person can take.
