Unique opportunity if you can get in
From the instant you come in the lobby, you know you've found something unique. Located on the corner of 15th and Spruce, the streets are lined with great bars, theater, and easy walking access to subway and bus lines. There is a seriesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

GREAT!
As a young woman who has rented all over the city, the Westbury is one of the best! The staff is right in the lobby of the building and there has been many times I called them in the middle of the night, they areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The Worst!
The building is terribly run. It is in complete shambles. Even structurally important repairs were impossible to get completed. I have rented apartements for the past fifteen years and this was truly a new low. The manager was completely unprofessional andā¦Ā See More >sivan11069

Great Deal
I've lived here for a few months now. You definitely get what you pay for. The amenities aren't as fabulous as some of the really large buildings in Center City, and that last poster is right about the neighborhood being really loud. ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Wear your earplugs....
I initially loved the look of the apartment. Great facilities, great rooms size. then I lived here and couldnĀ“t sleep through one goddam night without hearing the crashing of garbage truck at 4am, cars honking at 2am, and sirens from both fire trucksā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Location, Charming Building
I have lived here for almost a year, and I have been happy with the management. The building is old, and therefore has some quirks that often require attention from the management (weak radiators, drippy faucets). But, the building manager is friendly andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

you could do a lot better in philly for the rent they charge.
small apts, ancient appliances, no A/C, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal. pipes are constantly clogged.
the laundry facility is horrible. dead roaches everywhere and yesterday i saw a mouse - told the guy atā¦Ā See More >Westbury Apartments
