Bryn Mawr is a very safe, quiet, comfortable place to live. Maintenance and cleaning staff are very pleasant and capable. The interior of the buildings are very nicely decorated and the outside grounds are always beautifully maintained. Something I've never experienced before are the little surprises residents get, like resident appreciation week where there's a little surprise each day. No one else does that!

Everything is VERY well maintained. All staff from the building Manager to Maintenance to Cleaning are professional but pleasant and friendly. Also I feel very secure here. Also, the little holiday and other treats provided to residents show their appreciation and are very much appreciated!
