SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. We do our best to ensure that all of our resident's work orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner. In the event of a water leak, which is not preventable, we follow the correct protocol to ensure that the apartment is repaired correctly. I am unsure as to which apartment you resided in so I cannot address the specifics of the maintenance issues that you are referring to. Again, we do apologize that you feel unhappy with your time here.

We are very sorry that you feel this way. Management and maintenance work diligently to ensure our residents have a more than favorable experience living at our community. Regarding your specific issue with the charge for the damage to the walls, we are not concerned with normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, our painting contractor had to do additional work / prime the walls. Otherwise, the damage would bleed through the top coat of paint. The amount that we charged, as shown in the painter's invoice that we provided, was exactly the amount the painter billed us. Again, we are very sorry that you feel this way and we will continue to work hard to provide a great place for our residents to call home.
