Very good so far but the trash comes every day at like 5 am it feels like. It's so loud and the garage opening and closing is also so loud. But other than that it's great, I look forward to the next couple months here.

Have never had an issue with any other tenants or noise in the building. whenever i had a maintanance issue it was resolved very quickly often by the end of the next day. building and grounds are always well kept

Run Down and Overpriced

The staff is excellent, especially the maintenance crew and the front desk attendents. The view is great, but this building is old before its time. The cabinets are very cheap, are fraying at the edges, and need repainting. The freight elevators are filthy and the carpets are stained and dirty. They have had so many false fire alarms that people don't evacuate and the fire department rolls slowly. The beautiful wood floors are rubber. Last, the fans on the roof are breaking and sound like planes at an airport. The noise is about 73 - 78 decibels in the dead of night and then they shut off and rattle the glass. The rent is outrageous for such cheap, poorly maintained apartments.

The Yards are in a great Great location. The shared areas are always very clean. The outdoor area is one of the best in the strip. The staff is extremely friendly staff (cleaning people, managers, and front desk).

The apartment is very nice all around and very safe. I really enjoy having a in unit washer and dryer as well as parking. The parking garage is super tight however and large trucks parking in it defiantly don't help. The response to work orders is extremely fast. Staff is very friendly. Dealing with the management isn't the best experience, they don't respond to emails and I've been dealing with noisy neighbors almost the entire time I've lived here, it has never been resolved, even after speaking with management about it multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this place because there are nicer places on the street in the strip and I believe this place is over priced and the rules are too much.

Very nice apartment complex. 2 dog parks and gas grills with outdoor seating. Very nice outdoor fire pit with ample opportunity to watch tv when outside. Nice size pool and hot tub. Parking garage is a plus. Rent goes up a lot every year.

Moved in the Yards In 2018. I have moved from a one BR, to a two BR. As I've mention the appliances a now older and the finishes on the cabinetry are becoming worn. Based on the rental rates, I feel these areas warrant updating.

Recently moving into The Yards, I found the staff incredibly helpful. During the leasing process, Derrick Chaffin answered all of my questions, gave me a tour of the building, and made the process smooth. When I moved in, the concierge Kevin was incredibly helpful in reserving elevators and answering any follow-up questions I had. Maintenance requests are processed and completed in a very timely and efficient manner. The building is kept very clean, and all staff and residents have been very kind. It's a pleasure to live here. Plus, it's walking distance to many fun eateries and activities in the Strip.

The location is great as it's within walkable distance to almost everything you need. The common areas and amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff have been very responsive to any issues. The management team has been very friendly and helpful. Compared to other similar luxury apartment communities in the area, I think the cost is competitive and I think the value is good.

Good community, close to the Terminal. The apartment has its quirks but it's super dog-friendly and the staff and front desk personal are great. I'd love to stay here long-term but between the high rent, security cameras never working, and a few bad neighbors, I don't think it's worth it.

The property managers and staff were readily available and very efficient with their time and effort towards helping me settle into my apartment. Gaining access to the service elevator and propping doors open for my moving staff was also assured by the front desk staff. I felt welcome from the beginning with property managers assisting in finding me the best deals for my lease and utilities.

People are friendly.Staff is friendly. I love the back yard. I am still unpacking. Although we are close to downtown, it feels like very outdoorsy and then there is the river. We are close to downtown and there are restaurants and amenities.
