Let me start off with saying that I recently was relocated out of the Philadelphia area for work purposes, so my leaving the Carriage Hill property in Plymouth Meeting wasn't by choice. With that being said I had lived in the Philadelphia area for roughly 10 years and lived in both apartment communities and in apartments that were owned and cared for by private owners. Carriage Hill has been and was by far the best experience I have had taking into account all of the various apartments I have lived in ( 7 places in 10 years) of all the places I lived I spent the most time at Carriage Hill primarily because there wasn't a reason leave! Sue Kaminsky who runs and manages Carriage Hill is one of the biggest reasons. Sue treats the property like its her home and all of the tenants that live at Carriage Hill like they are a family member (that she actually likes) of hers. She is very outgoing and extremely accommodating, if a concern or issue is encountered she will travel all avenues and spare no expense to make sure that all is resolved and everyone is comfortable. Secondly, the property is very well cared for, Bruce the property preservation specialist is also very helpful and quick with fixing anything that may arise. Third, you have access to all of Carriage Hills sister properties and their bar/pools in the area. Which is a great place to go and hang out with friends or a roommate. Last, is the location, your are close to Conshohocken, 20 minutes from Center City Philadelphia, and have quick access to all of the major highways that are less than 2 miles away. If I am lucky enough to move back to the Philadelphia area one of these days I would without a doubt consider living at Carriage Hill again. Best of luck with your apartment search and finding your new home. Do yourself a favor and add Carriage Hill to your list of prospective places to live, you wont be sorry! Regards, Brandon
