We've lived here since the end of February this year, and I have found that the management is quick to respond, as well as maintenance. The living space is quite beautiful, and the sound between homes is very minimal, if at all. The grounds are lovely, and the pool is maintained to perfection!! I would suggest this to anyone that is looking for a quiet environment, yet close enough to a store to walk.
