This community is quiet and lovely. Everything is kept nice and clean and all of the staff are very helpful. I appreciate the efforts taken for communicating with residents and assuring that their needs are met.

Very nice and quiet. Maintenance is quick. Everyone the community is pleasant. Leasing office is very helpful and informative. The outside is very well maintained. Pet friendly is a plus and reasonable rent

No problems so far, quiet, nice neighbors. Seems pretty safe. I don't know much more since we have only lived here a very short time. I like the close access to hospital, doctors and all shopping and banking.

Apartment is perfect for me. Lots of closet space and 2 bus routes. Close to shopping too. New appliances upon move in. Office personnel are friendly and return my phone messages quickly. Maintenance needs are taken care of as needed.

When searching and came to check out this property the office staff was very helpful and polite. The process went smooth and with no issues. Any questions were answered at the moment. The tour to the unit was as I thought it would be.

Things have fallen apart and has not been fixed properly and I have to call for the same things to be fixed over and over again. The rent goes up every year and the windows are not properly installed ok
