ARPM is on of the few companies that has a monopoly on downtown State College. They charge an absurd amount of money for a small out dated apartment and provide absolutely no perks. We did not recieve our security deposite because of a scuff mark on the floor which apparently cost thousands of dollars to fix. Only live here if you want to pay $600 a month to live in a two bedroom apartment built in 1970 with 5 people.
