I have not lived at the Brynfield apartments for over a year now, but I still recall how horrible of a location this place is. I stayed at the Brynfield for three years while I was a student at Villanova University just down the road. While everything seemed fine initially, this place is outdated. Sure it is in a great location (close to the R5 into philly and around the main line) and Wayne is a nice town, but the fun ends there. Parking was an issue at nights and I would routinely have to park along a wall where there were signs saying no parking. My one roomate had his car backed into because he had to do the same. As all the other writers have said, this is an outdated building and maintenance couldn't care less. I had to literally harass them to fix my shower and toilet. I ended up fixing the toilet myself by the time theyr responded. Additionally, like another writer said, it took them three days to plow our parking lot after a major snow storm. While I understand a day and 1/2 is fair for the snowfall amount, three days is inexcusable. I would occasionally see the owner who was a ----. The kicker is that I now work for an insurance company that insures Halfpenny Management and I have had several claims for a multitude of properties they run (though none for Brynfield just yet). It wasn't all bad here, but I certainly would suggest looking elsewhere before you settle for this turd.
