Place is a dump. Maintenance cannot keep up with the repairs to the common grounds. Hallways are dimly lit, community coin operated laundry, $2.50 a load, if they work. Parking is a nightmare and your car will get hit in the parking lot. They don't enforce the parking permits, so residents park 3 or 4 cars while I can barely find a spot.
Many landlords won't keep up with the condos, sticking renters with 20 year old appliances, windows, A/C and furnaces. One landlord tried charging my neighbor for an old fridge that eventually burned out. Another neighbor pays $250 in electric during the summer since the windows are from the 1960's. Landlords refuse to upgrade.
Association doesn't enforce their own rules Office is extremely ignorant with questions and concerns. Office also doesn't track leases, so there is no record of any of your neighbors living there. I had packages from FedEx stolen from the corridor, from inside the security door. Office was obviously no help since they didn't know who lived in my building. Also, snow removal is a nightmare. I actually got a hotel room last winter for 2 days, while they tried to figure out how to plow the lots, since everyone parked where they wanted and blocked in everyone else.
On the upside, views aren't bad. It's pretty quiet at night depending on traffic from 422, somewhat loud during the summer days, depending how close you are to the country club. Also, you are very close to a lot of things. That's about the only positives.
