We lived in a two bedroom with a den. The entire place was well maintained. The hallways never smelled of anything but normal odors on would expect in apartment style living. The walls were not thin. We never heard my neighbors.

We were able to break our lease when my husband and I found a house three months after resigning our lease. As long as you give them the notice that is clearly stated in your agreement, there is no issue. The only bad thing I could say is that the management flaked on returning our deposit. One call absolved that.

The hours that the rental office is open are a bit odd for those that work a normal 9-5 job. The actual apartment could use some real updating. They attempted an update via paint. The bathrooms and kitchens could use a huge makeover. At our request we did get all new carpets upon moving in. OUr apartment was ready on move-in date. In fact, they let us move in a half a month early and the same for moving out.

You really can't beat the location. You have a great gym, supermarket, wawa, restuarants and the R-5 all within walking distance! My husband and I miss that often.
