Pros: - Very quiet: Occasionally you can hear your neighbors if you're by a window and they're by a window, but never TVs or anything through the walls. You can hear people in the hallway but as soon as they shut the door to their apartment it's very quiet. I even had parties and my neighbors swore they heard nothing. (I lived on the 3rd floor, so I can't speak for people on the bottom floors, but they always told me they never heard me.) - Great location: Convenient to 202, West Chester is 3 minutes away. King of Prussia is 15 minutes, Exton is 10 minutes, Downingtown is 15 minutes. Lots of 24 hour stores in the area - Acme, Wawa, late-night fast food, etc. A traffic light at the intersection onto the main road makes leaving easy even at rush hour =) - Parking is good: While you might not be parking at the front entrance (it's a shared front entrance), you are no more than 5 parking spaces away. Very well lit - I felt completely safe leaving at all hours of the night. - Safe! The security door at the entrance is great. I didn't realize how much I loved it until I moved to a place without one. - Management: They are always quick to respond to you either by e-mail or phone, and they seem genuinly concerned with any issues you might be experiencing. The few problems I had were looked into immediately. Excellent service compared to other places I have lived. I moved from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom when my roommate left with absolutely no issues. Security deposits are refunded fairly. - Price: One of the cheapest apartments in the West Chester area. - Front lobby: Each building has a front lobby with your mail boxes. I found this very convenient as I got a lot of packages so it's nice to know they are out of sight and out of the rain. This was very helpful around Christmas. - Layouts: I lived in both the 2-bedroom and the 1-bedroom. Both were spacious. The den in the 1-bedroom was a very nice extra, perfect for a computer room. The living room is a bit awkward to arrange, but you can find ways. Cons (maybe): - Laundry: There are shared units on the ground floor in all three buildings. While this is a step up to people using an outside laundry facility - it just wasn't my thing. I also lived on the third floor so it's a lot of steps. On a positive note there was almost always a washer and dryer available any time of the day. - Extras: No pool, no clubhouse, no gym, no tennis courts, no community events, etc. This might not even be a con to you =)
