Clean, quiet and well maintained friendly community. Centrally located to major thorofares , shopping and eateries. Great convenience of attached and detached garages as well as ample parking. Clubhouse, pool, and car washing station are great perks.

Our maintenance team checks the trash areas routinely for stray items, however we can definitely check these areas more often to prevent overflow. We're happy to hear that you are mostly satisfied with your living experience. While apartment living does come with some sound transfer, please know that we will do everything we can to help minimize the amount you are disturbed by. If you are hearing other residents' TVs or music, we can definitely help try to resolve that! We have found that it is often the case that your neighbors may not realize that their loud tv / radio is being heard outside of their home. Most of the time a quick phone call from us can help resolve the matter. I am happy to confirm that updating the breezeway lighting is a property improvement project that is scheduled for the new year. Recently, we emailed all residents a reminder of our community policy's that included not leaving trash in the breezeways; If you neighbor continues to leave trash in the breezeway, please reach out to the office and we will contact that resident directly. Lastly, we are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with packages getting misdelivered. With the holiday season, comes a influx of package deliveries and sometimes the carrier companies misdeliver. We are aware of the issue and have contacted the various package carrier companies to make them aware of the mix-ups happening. Our maintenance team frequently patrols the property, and try to make sure any misdelivered packages find their home. Thank you again for your feedback and I look forward to speaking with you. Clean and safe apartment complex. Maintenance has responded in a timely manner thus far (2 months). It would be nice to have assigned parking so they should work on it. Covered parking options are too expensive.
