I've lived in Treetops for two years with my roommate, and we're only moving out to be closer to center city Philadelphia. The management and maintenance/facilities staff is great. They hire people to help plow snow out of your parking space, maintenance can be scheduled online and is very quick to respond, etc. It's true that Treetops has had a lot of construction lately, but the results look great, the workers were very clean and polite, and the management office was pretty organized posting notifications. Updates include new sliding glass doors, siding, FIOS, etc. My biggest complaint was that the construction lasted 8 months but it didn't really interfere with our day-to-day. The neighbors are extremely friendly especially in the summer where many go to the pool and use the public BBQs, and it's a nice mix of young professionals, families, and older adults. When I moved in, Treetops had a list of preferred employers, so if you work at a company nearby, be sure to ask if that's still available and if your company qualifies.
