We really love this apartment! First off, the rent is extremely reasonable for the space you get.. especially with the washer and dryer! It's so hard to find in this area. I love that it's not a washer/dryer thrown in a closet like a lot of places I've seen. You have an actual laundry room. The bedrooms are a good size, LOTS of closet space. The private entrance makes it seem less like apartment living for me. It's nice that there are 4 apartments per building, so the parking lot is smaller, and you don't have to deal with a ton of neighbors (if they end up being not so great). Luckily, all of our neighbors are very friendly. The ladies in the office are always friendly and the maintenance guys are great - very quick to respond and very helpful. When we moved in, the place was so clean, I could barely find anything that needed to be cleaned! They seem to really do things right here. After living in our last apartment where they didn't care about tenants at all, I really appreciate everything they do - such as annual maintenance inspections, keeping up on changing air filters and things like that, putting a notice in your door if they'll be working on an apartment near yours. Love the central air and that we're located by Ironton Rail Trails. Nice, quiet place to live.
