SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

The office and maintenance staff are professional, courteous and kind to all our residents. The maintenance technicians respond to all requests in a timely manner. The pest control and maintenance technician did respond to your mice situation and left a door hanger on your door to let you know this. Please feel free to come into the leasing office so we may address any problems you may be experiencing. We are sorry you are so unhappy residing in our community.
Helfrich Springs Apartments processes all rental applications with the same standards and qualifications which include an income qualification, credit check and criminal reports on all persons over the age of 18 years. We provide a sufficient amount of heat and AC with settings between 72 and 74 degrees. Our maintenance staff responds to all requests regarding maintenance to ensure everything is in good working order. We take issues such as mold very seriously and have an addendum in our lease which instructs residents to immediately report any mold so that we may correct any issues right away. The maintenance staff is available for emergencies at all times and we respond to noise complaints regardless of the time of day or night. Our staff is both professional and courteous to all residents. We take pride in knowing the majority of our new rentals come from referrals, (current resident referrals and personal referrals), as well as former residents returning to again lease in our community.

Our Maintenance Department thoroughly prepares each apartment for rent so it is in meticulous condition for each new resident. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and, unless there is an extreme emergency, our maintenance technicians never enter an apartment without permission from the resident. In addition, our staff responds to all noise complaints 24 hours per day. All maintenance requests and/or noise complaints are documented and completed. We checked the records for this apartment and no maintenance or noise complaints were ever received from this resident. As the electric is included in the rent, heat and AC have a setting of 72-74 degrees which is a very comfortable level. We rent to all individuals who qualify to our standards. We do have laundry rooms with full-size washer & dryers. Washers are $1.50 per load and dryers are $1.25. Our staff, both in the Leasing Office and Maintenance Department, strives to create a wonderful environment for our residents and we treat them with dignity and respect.
