I lived here for two years. I had the best unit, second floor corner overlooking the river and woods. Master bedroom was huge, excellent views, i had a sofa in my bedroom, huge walk in closet. Deer in the backyard, convenient to e erything. I was the very first tenant in my unit so it was clean and had a luxurious feel although the appliances and flooring were not high end. The second bedroom was super small and so is the laundry area/storage room. I had trashy neighbors with a pack of kjds that ean wild in the parking lot, would throw stuff at the cars, loud, no supervision. The main problem is the landlord Michael Hobel who owns half the town and sits on the town council. His wife is the shylock who stands at the counter with her hand out and takes the $$$ and she is the first to complain if you are a day late or dollar short. The greed and arrogance of these people made me stop renting to own my own home. He will never give you your deposit, he will charge $20 a piece for the slats in the vertical blinds-again...cheap quality. $10 each small nail hole. I have no small children, they broke off if you looked at them. I disagreed with the "damages" which were normal wear and tear of two years. He never returned my deposit. Two years later he sicks a bill collector/attorney on me who was the rudest individual i ever met, hanging up on me when i called about a question then typing a lie as a record of court that i should be courteous when calling his office. Unbelievable. Run from this place and at the very least, deal with a company as a landlord, not this wanna be Donald Trump of rural America.
