Ever since I moved in.. any problems we had with loud neighbors was never taken care of. All we were told is call the police! Our new neighbor gets drunk and has people over on a regular basis. He left his gas range on and gas filled my place. He did it again and yet excuses are made!!! It's like we are made into the trouble makers and she doesn't want to actually do anything!! I called the police 3 times so far and the cop said the management should do their job and tell him if he can't be quiet he has to go but it just seems like they would rather keep the loud ignorant tenants and have those who keep t themselves and are quiet move!!! The tub is sooo old and is almost impossible to clean as well as the counter tops are so old!! They just pull items from vacant apartments and give that to you rather than give you a new one!!!     Although the actual apartment I live in is okay and in fact, management put in a lot of work to make this place look great, I am thoroughly disappointed with the noisy neighbor that lives directly above us. Apparently she has lived here over several years and has been a challenging tenant to deal with according to staff and other tenants that I've spoken to. 5 of the 7 months that we've lived here, we have reported to management the verbally abusive arguments going on upstairs as well as the body slamming floor pounding that goes on for hours. We have called the cops and even tried to reason with upstairs tenant to no avail . I'm posting this to let you know in case you are contemplating this place to rent.

      I lived at North Crossing Apartments for 3 years. I truly loved living there. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I never had any issues that were not dealt with in a professional manner. They truly care about their residents. I always enjoyed coming home to my apartment. A heartfelt thank you for our time living at North Crossing Apartments. Suzanne W.

        Overall excellent apartment community despite cheap construction. Lived here two years, would live again. Pros: 1) Excellent maintenance staff and upkeep of facilities 2) Spacious feeling thanks to large and numerous windows 3) Laundry in each apartment 4) FiOS 5) Central AC, gas heat and stove 6) Quiet and respectful neighbors 7) Reliable appliances 8) Smoke free Cons: 1) Electric water heater in some units that heats poorly and is expensive to operate 2) Cheap construction of apartment buildings overall 3) Basement space prone to flooding in some apartments 4) Kitchen far too small in some units. Counter space insufficient 5) Lack of noise insulation, very easy to hear neighbors, could easily be a dealbreaker with the wrong neighbors although as referenced earlier, mine were excellent One note, do not seek to live here if you like to host parties. There are quiet hours that are enforced due to the lack of noise insulation in the apartments.

          I have been living in North Crossing for close to 30 years. I had a problem with my heat, during a cold wave, just last week. I was without heat for close to one week. What made this horrible experience better was the maintenance staff. Steve was just wonderful, in fact he came out 3 times in one evening!! He tried everything, and brought me space heaters twice to my apartment. The kindness, caring, and hard work meant so much to me. They really care!!. When you call they come the same day, in fact you don't have to wait more than maybe an hour. The staff is what keeps me hear for so long.

            Can't say enough how quickly the maintenance team responds to calls. Always available, pleasant, and courteous. They do their best to fix any problem even on Holidays. Front office staff helpful, pleasant, and respectful.

              Ive lived at North Crossing for a little over a year now and have no complaints. It is close to everything, which is why I chose it... (less than 5 mins to turnpike and shopping/restaurants everywhere). The rent is affordable and most utilities are included. I also have a washer/dryer in my apartment, which a lot of places around here do not have. Haven't had any major maintenance issues, but when I did call them, they were out within 24 hours.

                WE HAVE THEIVES

                I AM AN OLDER GENTLEMAN AND I AM UN HAPPY WITH NEIGHBORS CHILDREN PLAYING OUTSIDE. WE CANNOT EVEN CONCENTRATE WHILE THEY PLAY AND LAUGH OVERLY LOUD. I NEED MY REST AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE WALKING PAST MY PLACE DISTRACTING ME. IT USED TO BE QUIETER YEARS AGO UNTIL YOUNGER COUPLES MOVED IN. WE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOBODY WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT OUR ISSUE IN THE OFFICE. THE MANAGER IS AN IDIOT. AND ON TOP OF THIS NOW WE HAVE MAINTENANCE STEALING FROM APARTMENTS. I AM ABOUT TO SEND OUT A LETTER TO ALL TENNETS WARNING THEM OF THE THIEVES IF THIS DOESNT STOP SOON.

                  Maintenance Issues, Management Issues, and Mold Issues

                  Well, basically the title says it all. We have been here 3 years now, and have had all kinds of trouble. Dealing with the front office is like having your wisdom teeth pulled by a dental student who has not put you to sleep for the procedure. The Rosen Organization is made up of people who claim they have been here forever (something like say 17 years) and then claim they do not technically work here when something goes wrong. They are rude and belligerent to say the least. The management and the maintenance staff do not communicate effectively and, therefore, do not work efficiently. When there is a maintenance problem it will go unresolved for days, weeks, or even months. We have had rodents, termites, mold, water damage, and problems with poorly maintained plumbing. The water here seems to have no exact temperature gauge. Showers are scalding to freezing and back to scalding in seconds (and please do not attempt to adjust manually either a nudge in the cold direction or a nudge in the hot direction).                     Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

                    I lived at North Crossing for about 14 months. I'm happy to be gone. The place seemed to have everything i wanted at a reasonable price. But everything here is so cheap it was not worth the price. The management does not care about doing quality work- only the bare minimum to get by. No professionalism, no pride. It's just about getting your money as quickly as they can. 1) Hot water: The hot water in the shower NEVER consistently worked. I'd get the temperature right, then while showering it would suddenly burst out freezing cold water, like the hot water ran out. Then 10 seconds later it'd be scalding hot. Despite my frequent complaints, the maintenance guy 'Al', would only ever say "I don't know what to do". He would not ever call a plumber to try to solve it.                       cheap, and you get what you pay for

                      I lived here for 12 months. The place has a perpetual feel of amateurism and cheapness. They will do everything as cheaply as possible, and don't care about doing things right or going beyond the minimum required. Some examples: 1) I never had consistent flow of hot water. Didn't matter what time of day, or even if there were no neighbors, water temperature would vary widely from freezing to scalding hot. Maintenance's response was `What can we do?'. How about getting a plumber? They never fixed this, so i suffered through hot-cold showers my entire time there. 2) Maintenance would never come to fix items (light switches not working, furnace going out- took a week) when they said they would. 4) Conversely, they did come to repair the half-bathroom's sink when it didn't need repair, entering my apartment without permission, and leaving a mess of drywall all over the floor because the maintenance guy forgot about his own personal commitment. I had a bathroom full of broken drywall and no sink for 2 days- all for something that i had not approved. 4) Dirty, ugly green walls in the hallways.                         the maintenance superintendent is not cirtified or licenced to make changes to anyones apartment but changes electrical pannels and changes plumbing in them.he gets free rent free electric and free gas and a high salary,without having the cirtification or license to make these major changes.he cant fix any of the apliances he simmply replaces with new ones even thow fixing would have been much less expensive,the superintendent isnt certified to work on the airconditioners and often renters have to wait for an outside contractor to come out. inhouse maintenance is supposed to keep costs down so that the monthly rent can stay down but because of a lack of education and skills and cirtifications for the job the remt go's up 40 to 50 dollars every 3 to 4 months.the company still gets there insurance cut from there yearly cost to the company because there is a big price cut for buisness if they have a live on maintence man.anytime a maintenance person was hired that did have the qualifications,the superintendent saw that they were somehow nolonger working for this company.(why is this always happening) thumbs down for this one.if not fixed new is nice but the cost is turned… See More>

                          I LOVE THIS PLACE ! YES YES YES !

                          North Crossing Apartments is the best. The owner is extremely nice! And every things great! The apartments are in great shape and its amazing. Also, the location is very convenient, because It's across the street from a shopping center that has shops with everything you could possibly need! I recommend you should move in IMMEDIATELY!

                            Few complaints

                            Overall, living here was nice. The neighbors were very nice, there was plenty of parking, and I loved having a washer and dryer in my apartment. We never had any issues with insects or rodents, and when we did need maintenance, they always came immediately and were very nice.<br>My one and only complaint is that when we moved there were a lot of deductions from my deposit that I felt were unfair. We moved out a couple of weeks before our lease was up in order to give the apartment a proper and thorough cleaning (steaming the carpets, thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom, etc). Even though the apartment was very clean, we were charged for another carpet cleaning and charged because they said we left the kitchen and bathroom dirty. I was upset but it wasn't worth arguing about.<br>If you want to prevent losing a couple of hundred dollars on your deposit, when you move, take photos of everything you clean, including inside the cupboards and the oven and closets.                                 Manager is a total b*tch. Unfair charges upon leaving.

                                We lived there for 5 years. Never late on rent. Never gave them any hard time. We are a young couple, no kids, professionals. We kept the apartment in pristine shape. No stains anywhere, no dings, no marks on walls, clean kitchen. Upon lease termination Helen Van de Grift (the manager) charged us $65 for carpet cleaning despite the fact that carpets were clean. She claimed that high traffic areas were "not as new as they were when we moved in". Well, it's called "normal wear and tear" and landlord in not supposed to charge for that. That's why they get annual depreciation that reduces their taxes. I complained but to no avail. I wanted to take them to small claims court, but got very busy at work. These people only prey on us because nobody takes it further. I DO NOT recommend these apartments.                                   No pool, No peace, No parking

                                  I read the other reviews and I gotta say. They haven't had a functional pool in three years. Insulation is horrible. Bats in the roof bugs in the wall. Parking under pine trees hope you don't like your paint job. They are constantly coming into your apartment (without permission) to perform badly done repairs. Always raising the rent, the grounds are not kept well, when they do cut the grass they blow it all over your car. Washing machines don't work and people vandalize your car. This place is horrible and I will be leaving soon. Why do you think more than half the apartments are empty when there is a housing shortage in the area

                                    having lived here my entire childhood and now search for something on my own, i never appreciated how wonderful these apartments really are. plenty of parking, central air, a pool, nice maintenance staff, washer and dryer in unit, 2 full bathrooms, private porches, etc. etc. i'd recommend it to anyone.

                                        Great place

                                        Apartments are nice and spacious. In apartments without den the heating and air-conditiong system is based in one of bedroom what makes it somewhat noisy but one can get use to it. Overall insulation of building is very poor but heating is free. Management is fine and respond in very timely fashion to any request.

                                          Q: Hello , I don't now whats going on but this site doesn't show the correct description. I found a few different floor plans. A 2 Bedroom with 2 baths for $1,395 to $1405 and 1100 to 1150 square feet.Do u have any updates on units. the photos don't show full photos of the bathrooms and none of the garden 7 patio area. If u show full photos pictures like they have Middletown Trace Apartments in Langhorne its show you even all the closets space & hallway are interested but need more. Nothing on central air & community facilty etc . we are interested but reading to reviews I dont know my husband is set on your place , I dont like to reviews . I want to talk to neighbors and see how they feel 1st for next year move in. Thank U so much.
