I love the community and it's proximity to shopping and public transportation. Not enough upgrades to the apartments. No painting or carpet cleaning unless you harass the office. Still not guaranteed

Love the area of the community. The proximity to all the stores and transportation stations are great. The office staff was much more helpful the first couple of years I moved in, not so much anymore. They used to do yearly carpet cleaning and other up keep , no so much anymore
