It gets worse every year. Rent continues to increase. Services and amenities continue to decrease. The disabled are forced to take the steps from the garage. Most repairs are poor workmanship. Maintenance is asked to call before entering with a master key on you, they claim they don't have a cell phone, which is not true. I am tired of complaining.
