Overall a great environment and community. People are friendly. What I'm finding, gate security and concierge allows anyone on the property and building. I find renters not picking up after their pets.

Service elevator was not accessible during my allotted move-in. Guest visit at the gate is not getting checked or recorded. Building concierge allows people in the building without checking in. Residents with pets not cleaning up
