I lived in Oakwynne House for 2 years from 2009-2011 and had the best experience. The apartment itself feels like a home and not just an apartment! The building is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly (mostly an elderly population), and it's very safe. The landlord Amy is phenomenal, very helpful, and quick to respond to any maintenance issues, etc. I have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are huge, appliances are new and work properly. Water pressure and temperature is great. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. There is a swimming pool on property - your first year living here it's free but after that there is a $150(ish)/year fee. The pool is pristine and well-cared for. The laundry room serves its purpose - 1.25 to wash and 1.25 to dry. I will definitely miss the Oakwynne House!
