I've been living at Lincoln Ridge for 3 years and can finally get out of there this year. Management is rude and NEVER friendly. God forbid you ask for anything, they do their best to make you feel like your bothering them. Parking is awful, especially in the evenings and on the weekends. Be prepared to walk alot. The location on a hill makes it impossible to go anywhere when it snows, and the management has been known to go as long as a week before plowing out the parking lot. Walls are paper thin, I can hear everything from the upstairs apartment, and the quarry behind the apartment is loud at all hours. Since moving in, my air conditioner has never worked right(leaks water inside and ruined some furniture), the kitchen cabinets are barely hanging on, and I always have ants during some seasons. I had a small fire in the heater of my apartment last winter and was forced out for a night because the electricity had to be turned off. Never even got an apology or a reimbursement for the night I was displaced, and maintenance told me that the heaters were very old and prone to catch fire! Not good, considering there was a fire that leveled a whole building the year before I moved in. All in all, the management is rude and neglectful. I can't wait to move out. STAY AWAY!
