My husband and I lived here for a year, and only left because I had a job offer in another state. We never had a problem with parking, maintenance was always done in a reasonable amount of time, and it was always at a time that was convenient for us. The only complaint that I ever had about this complex was that their were way to many unsupervised small children running around yelling. These children ride their bikes and scooters in the middle of the parking lots, and then can be very hard to see - I have had to slam on my breaks three or four times to stop from hitting one that wasn't looking before crossing the road which runs between parking lots. The manager is very nice, and does do a good job telling parents to watch their children; its the parents that don't listen. We had a moderate winter this year and all of the snow was well taken care of. The only noise we ever heard was the footsteps of the people above us. We were never able to hear stereos of tvs - and we had two different sets of people live above us over the course of the year so I think that shows that the soundproofing is good. All and all this was an enjoyable place to live and we would move back in if we ended back in this area.
