Turn around!!! The first couple of years were great. There was a good landlord and maintenance. Until this year they hired a new ----- girl who does nothing. She harrasses all of the tenants she spys on them. Enter homes without permission her and her boyfriend steal out of people's homes and nothing is done about it. The trash sits around at the dumpster for weeks, this makes neighborhood smell. Parking is terrible never can find a spot. Maintenece is terrible they only have one guy that half ----- everything he does. Never comes back to finish jobs. The leasing agent ------- is terrible she tries to evict people over little things and tries to get as much money out of them for nothing. She's always in fights with teneants no one in The neighborhood can stand her she needs to get replaced asap. The kids around have no manners they scream and yell bang on people's door. Oh gosh I could go on and on.
