Over priced for what you get. If you go with the two bedroom townhome, you get the following : - you get to listen to your neighbors through the walls having casual conversations and moving up and down the stairs. - lots of bugs, ants, cockroaches etc - neighborhood kids running around at all times of day, and in the parking lots. It's an accident waiting to happen all because parents here can't watch their kids. - nice maintenance guys who are prompt and courteous. - a staff that doesn't like to answer questions - a dirty pool - no parking spot. So everyday it's like playing magical chairs. Instead of siding with tenants that pay rent, they decided to remove assigned parking "because they have more than enough spots for everyone". Which means who cares if your paying $1220 a month? - you get to listen to dogs. All day. Every day. - pets are welcome for an extra $500 a year ($200 upfront and $25 extra every month) so whether you have 2 Huskies or one cat you're paying the extra.
