I moved in 2013 but couldn't choose that year. When I first moved in this apartment complex was perfect fit. It appeared to be well kept community including trash areas to keeping up with snow removal. Families porches were kept clean and well presentable. I have seen this deteriorating through the years. Staff are and have always been personable. Do still love the pool which is definitely a plus to the community. Still have difficulty understanding the increase in rent but nothing back.. We pay for all untilties nothing is included so why does rent go up? Most likely my last year here.
