Virtual apartment tours have been on the rise since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, proving much safer than physically moving from one location to another and potentially spreading germs.

Virtual apartment and condo tours have been quietly resting in the background since their inception. And while the 360-degree overview they offer does give a good general overview of most units, most prospective tenants prefer to check them out in person before signing a lease.
