Washington DC’s famous places such as the Lincoln Memorial and Kennedy Center are close by, and the metro and capital bikes are easy to access. Not only is the apartment very well maintained, but the staff are also very friendly and sincere. Interesting Feature: A community residents rave about with tons of unique amenities! Host a fun get-together in the LUX resident lounge with a bar, lounge, billiards and flat-screen TVs, and a library with a two-sided fireplace.

Verified Resident Review: “This is a hidden gem of a building. The neighborhood has supreme historic charm and character, but Highbridge did a great renovation of every single apartment and amenity. Other buildings advertise and showcase their “fresher” units that have been recently renovated, but when you book a tour and find an extremely dated unit it leaves a sense of false advertising. Every unit in Highbridge has new and good quality finishings. Everything is clean, and chosen for ease of use and durability from the floors and walls to the appliances.”

Verified Resident Review: “Overall, I have had a great experience living in Miramar. My apartment was clean and spacious, and freshly repainted before I moved in. The maintenance and office staff have been very responsive. As I am gone most of the day, I have rarely interacted with my neighbors, but everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly. I have had no noise or disturbance issues with anyone in the community.”
