There are a variety of families and people of all ages. The neighborhood is very quiet and tenants for the most part are respectful of ‘quiet times’; you may hear kids playing. The grounds are well kept, as well as the amenities being very clean. There isn’t a high turnover of tenants; most are long term – that should tell you something. This was the right decision.”
