I have lived here for 6 years because it's just difficult to find anything else and afford to move. The mgmt is just horrible, nosey, rude, catty, full of gossip, and unreasonable. The property is poorly maintained. My deck is dangerous and was told it won't be fixed til spring. ( it's currently March with no snow and warm weather ) They enter your apartment for inspection while you're asleep, call out your name, you wake up and they are standing in your bedroom. Need I say more? And for those that are considering it here? Your pet deposit it illegal under rhode island law, and is NON-refundable.
