Trafalgar East is not a very pleasant place to reside. I have lived here through two rounds of management.... Prior to Debra I had no complaints. Jen and Lynn were an excellent team, they mingled with the residents, held conversations with us, allowed us to live our lives. Now that Debra has taken over management everything has changed... Rules, upon rules (which she doesn't even follow up with-Not so great management! But she will be the first the first to enforce the "rules") For the amount of rent that you pay for the apartment community-style living, you would think that there would be a sense of community right? Wrong! If you want to stay cooped up in your apartment, be told that you have to toilet your dog over a cesspool area, kids can't play outside, you can't have guests at your pool unless they have a guest pass (and if the office is closed your loss!), then welcome to dumpy Trafalgar East Apartments. The stoves, fridges and appliances are all outdated and small, nothing is ever repaired properly, the halls are never kept up on.... I could go on. I don't have anything great to say about the place because its unpleasant living here. I will be moving within the next few months and I'm sure Debra won't have her job for long because the long-term residents say they management is constantly changed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Happy hunting!
