Thank you for taking the time to post your honest feedback. I do want our residents to be proud to call Winchester Park their home, and so I read every review posted about our community. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve Winchester Park for everyone.
We of course welcome families to our community, and have no problem with children being outdoors. For everyone's safety, we do not permit children playing unsupervised in the parking lots.
We do have an Express Service Commitment, which states that requests will be filled within two business days. If this has not been your experience, please let us know so that we can address the problem. Almost all of our fitness room equipment is new, though we have had one treadmill out of order this week while waiting for a new part to arrive. If you see an item that needs repair, please let us know.
As for the pool, residents are allowed to bring up to two guests. Additionally, our maintenance team walks the grounds daily to clean up dog waste. Once again, if you see something that requires their attention, please notify the office.
