As a new resident, I'm pleasantly surprised by the low level of noise, I was afraid of the halls sounding more like a hotel near Disney with kids running about... not even close. What I do hear is my neighbor every morning talking to her child (or pet).. but clear as day... hope she doesn't hear us one night... (oh well).
The public space always seems clean or tidy, just not sure how to engage with others, if the gatherings are "private" or social events for residents. Some signage when the lounge, theater or other are book would be a great heads-up for us as opposed to intruding on someone elses guests.
Residents with pets SHOULD really clean up after them... no need for that in parking lots or grass near the vehicles. Those with pets, be responsible. (that's my one and only complaint)
So far, so good... let's see what the season change brings- most are still locked up in the cold.
