Moved into this place and originally the staff was courteous; however, once you are here and have identified that you are being disturbed by neighbors, the staff turns blind to you. The place has definite structural issues, any movement of neighbors can be heard and felt in adjacent apartments. One reviewer brought up water damage, this was evident in the unit I was in where previous water damage had obviously been covered up and the wall started turning grey. There is a significant population of college students in the complex, and this can be seen with the speeding in the parking lots and apparent underage drinking and partying. If you live at this place, do not bother bringing up these observations, they do not care until there are police reports (which after a number of police calls will supposedly impose a fine to the owner). The complex is close to a lot in S Kingstown, but for the significant amount of rent and ever expanding "utility" costs (aside from elect/gas) the problems are really not worth staying here.
