I lived here while attending Clemson University. It was a bit of a drive, but it was definitely worth it for the quality of living I got at Shadow Creek. The office staff are great...they were always friendly and helpful when I went into the office. It's rare that you see such great customer service anywhere. The grounds were neatly kept...the landscaping people came once a week. It's also a really safe neighborhood, which was my main concern when choosing an apartment. There were some issues with people not keeping up after their dogs outside, but management sends out letters immediately whenever they see any problems like this or get a complaint. There's also a courtesy officer that lives there that you can call anytime if you ever feel unsafe...I never had any reason to call him, but it was nice knowing there was someone there if I did. It's also a good neighborhood for running/walking. There are sidewalks all along the main roads, and there are lots of residential neighborhoods nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed living at Shadow Creek. I had to move because I started a job in another area; otherwise, I would have loved to stay there.
