Now was it always this way? NO! I moved to Bluffton about four years ago and I saw the improvements that they were making but I wasn't ready to move into a condominium at that time. Will there be problems? Yes, like everywhere. The only problem I have is that you are only allowed two cars per unit, whether it's a one, two, or three bedroom condominium.
