A lot of potential

I have lived here for over a year now and love it! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of dog walking areas and definitely a dog community! Also anytime I need help with anything someone is always there and very prompt!

Its been fine, however the smell from the paper plant is horrible when the wind turns and my downstairs neighbors are being jerks about my pup playing during the quarantine. Im not happy at the moment and looking for other places.

This is a great place to live. The view of the Marsh and Cooper river is awesome. The amenities are great and the location is perfect. The staff is outstanding and always available. The valet trash pick up is very nice.
