Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback with Oasis at West Ashley. We sincerely apologize for the experience you have had with our community. We had reached out to you via email to follow up regarding the concerns you brought to our attention, and we thank you for allowing our team to address and resolve these matters you shared with us. As per the communication sent via email, gutters have been approved and will be installed on 8/3/17, which will alleviate any concerns with water infiltration. We also do thank you for reporting your concerns with pests, and allowing our Pest Control Company to inspect and treat the apartment, which our Pest Control Company has now deemed resolved. Our goal is to always provide a pleasurable move-in experience for our residents, as our team knows just how stressful moving can be. We are very sorry for the condition of the breeze way. A resident had left a trash bag in the breezeway, and it was reported to our office on 7/29, removed the same day, and the breezeway was cleaned by our team. Again, we thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address these concerns, and share with you what our team has done to resolve them.
