My husband and I moved here last summer and were so excited about what seemed to be the perfect apartment and location. However, Folly Road has gotten ridiculus! What should take 2 minutes (to get to the James Island connector)takes at least 15 and sometimes 20 with beach traffic. The office staff was nice when we moved in, but that wore off! If you need something fixed, the office staff makes you feel as though you are annoying them. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in and our mailbox lock was broken. The breeze ways are always filthy, and they allow the residence to leave their trash stacked outside. The trash compactor is always broken. Instead of leaving a proper note on the compactor, they actually drew a sloppy picture of the compactor and where to insert the trash. I'm pretty sure they used crayons! I have found what the others have said to be true. This could be a very nice community if they would clean up and act professional. However, on a better note, they are energy efficient!
